Biography

 
One of seven children, Timothy Donahue was raised in Madison, Wisconsin. Tim graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1979 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, he moved to Southern California, and in 1983, he graduated from Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, CA. That year he also passed the California Bar exam and began practicing law at a large accident/insurance firm in Santa Ana. Tim started his own firm in 1999.
 
Attorney Donahue has an AV rating (the highest possible) by the Martindale-Hubbell legal directory, a national rating authority for attorneys. In 1992 he was admitted to ABOTA, American Board of Trial Advocates. ABOTA is an exclusive, nationwide group of proven attorneys. Member attorneys must have a minimum of 20 jury trials brought to verdict to be admitted to ABOTA. Tim resigned as an assoicate in 2003.

Mr. Donahue has a reputation as a conscientious, experienced and dependable attorney and his upbringing drives his strong work ethic today. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients on cases in which other attorneys have said to the client, "I'm sorry, but you have no case".
 
Tim, his wife, and his three children reside in Orange County, California. Tim's interests include physical fitness and the raising of his children.
